QWhat are the first steps to the process?
We recommend that you make an appointment for a designer to come and visit you to measure the space and discuss your requirements, alternatively if you have architects plans for an extension or new build, then we can have the appointment in the showroom, and we can work from those plans initially.
QDo you charge for a design visit?
No. Our initial visit is to take measurements and to gain a shopping list of what your requirements are. We will then make an appointment with you to come into the showroom for a presentation of the design. All this is free of charge.
QCan I take the design home after the presentation?
After we have had the presentation and you are happy with the design and costs, we hope you will be in position to move the process forward with us. If you wish to take the plans away with you then we ask for a ‘design deposit’ which would then be taken off the full deposit when you are ready to order the kitchen.
QCan I bring in my own design?
You are more than welcome to bring in your own design or ideas you may want to incorporate. we have a wealth of experience so will often work with you and offer a few ideas of our own too.
QHow long does the installation take?
Each job will vary depending on the size and the amount of labour/preparation work involved, but generally a full kitchen refurbishment can take 3-4 weeks. A dry installation with the preparation to the room done by your builder would take less time.
QWill you do supply only?
Yes, if you wish to have us just supply the kitchen for you, we can arrange that.
QDo you do kitchen alterations?
Yes, we often undertake alterations to existing kitchens from appliance changes to worktop changes. We have a wide variety of appliances and worktops, from granite & quartz to laminate. If you are just wanting to give the kitchen a fresh update, please come and see us or give us a call.
QWhat are your terms?
When you are ready to place your order, we ask for a 30% deposit of the kitchen materials. The balance of materials is then due on the start date. The labour is paid directly to the installer in stage payments throughout the installation with the final payment upon competition.
